Lady Eagles Comeback From 14 Down to Stun Lewiston, Roll Past Friend

The Johnson-Brock Lady Eagles secured two wins over the past week, first in a comeback victory over Lewiston, in which the Lady Eagles trailed by 14 points in the first half, before stunning the Tigers. For the Lady Eagle fans that didn’t like the tension of the high-stress Tuesday game, they could enjoy Friday’s win over Friend, as Johnson- Brock cruised to a large victory after going up by 50 points just seconds into the third quarter. Johnson-Brock improves to 12-3 after the wins.

Parriott and Dalinghaus Combine for 41 Points in Big Road Victory Over Friend, Every Eagle Scores in Rout of Lewiston

Senior forward Nic Parriott led the Eagles in both games last week including a victory over Friend in a road thriller on Friday night. On senior night on Tuesday, January 17, Parriott scored 13 in a route over Lewiston. The Eagles improve to 12-3 after the pair of wins.

Bulldogs Score Inside and Out to Defeat Sacred Heart, Nebraska City

The Bulldogs added two more wins to their resume this past week, first with a double-digit victory over highly-rated Irish, then a blowout victory over the winless Pioneers of Nebraska City. Guards Nixon Ligouri and Maverick Binder were both in double figures against Falls City Sacred Heart, while posts Carson Leslie and Skyler Roybal were a load too big to stop for Nebraska City. With the victories, Auburn has now won six straight and has improved to 11-4 on the year.
