The 70’s Band Opens Auburn Summer Sounds Concert Series to Large Crowd
Origins of cowboy songs and their influence on today’s music was presented at Longs Creek Village Assisted Living.
After decades of volunteer service, the Auburn Rotary Club has closed due to a lack of participants. Auburn Rotary Club President Scott Kudrna said that he and other active Rotary members discussed adjusting meeting times to fit better with volunteers’ schedules, but closing the club was ultimately the best fit. Along with time concerns, Rotary leadership had to take into account the cost and needs necessary to host the weekly lunch meetings at Arbor Manor.
Crystal Dunekacke, Auburn city administrator and economic development, has been named to the new Leadership Nebraska class.
Constituents of 3rd District U.S. Rep. Adrian Smith, R-Neb., are invited to meet with a member of his staff at a Wednesday, June 21 Mobile Office in Auburn.
