At the City Council meeting on October 9, the motion to approve the agreement between the City of Auburn and the Nemaha County Sheriff’s office was put on hold until the next regular City Council meeting on November 13. The motion was tabled due to a split vote from the council.
Every year for 11 years, when the leaves change and cobwebs fill the trees, one house in Auburn takes on a truly ghoulish guise. The scream-inducing manor, at 820 15th Street, is set up for Halloween by Mark Arnold, who’s mind for madness is unmatched.
