From Wednesday, Nov. 1 through Saturday, Nov. 4, the Johnson-Brock FFA Chapter had four students attend the 96th national convention at Indianapolis.

Santa Claus came to town November 16 to kick off Auburn’s holiday season. Along with lighting up Union Bank & Trust’s Christmas Tree, Santa listened intently to each and every child’s wishes.
Councilman Tom Clark read a prepared letter to open discussion surrounding the interlocal agreement at the Monday, November 13 Auburn City Council meeting. Clark stated that in the past, the Sheriff’s Department has failed to enforce city ordinances such as overnight parking on city streets, unlicensed vehicles, and yard and home maintenance.
Wednesday, Nov. 15, Captain Bree, Scourge of the Sea, presented by Johnson-Brock High School students, placed second at the Pioneer Conference one-act competition. It was at Humboldt/Table Rock-Steinauer High School.
