Seven individuals have completed Nemaha County Leadership Class 7. Graduation was held recently at Arbor Manor.
Rohman Gardens, the newest addition to the Gov. Robert Furnas Arboretum in Brownville, is nearing the end of its construction phase. Construction on the project began in the spring of 2018 and is set to finish in late August or early September of this year. A dedication ceremony is set for Saturday, September 18 at 4:00 p.m.
After nearly 32 years working for Peru State College, Ted L. Harshbarger has announced his resignation – but he won’t go far. In fact, the veteran administrator will take his talents to an office only a couple of hundred feet from his current one, to serve as Interim Director of the Peru State College Foundation.
