Coach Tony Janssen’s Comments

“Although this was a disappointing end to the season, this team accomplished a lot throughout the year. It brought Auburn football back to heights it hadn’t seen in a decade. These players earned the program its first playoff berth since 2008, and its first winning season and district championship since 2006 (the State Championship season). Much of this success was due to the selfless team first mindset of these young men and the leadership established by our seven seniors.” Completing their Bulldog football careers were: Zach Dickerson, Brett Gerdes, Cade Heywood, John Kinnaman, Robert Liles, Michael Lombardi and Taten Minton.
