Bulldog Girls Golfers Complete Season in Districts at Beatrice

The Auburn Bulldog golfers participated in the District C-1 tournament Tuesday, Oct. 6 at Hidden Acres Golf Course in Beatrice.

Team Scores: 1. Lincoln Christian 378. 2. Lincoln Lutheran 383. 3. Heartland 392. 4. Tri County 398. 5. Syracuse 439. 6. Central City 454. 7. Auburn 503. The following schools had no team scores: Elmwood-Murdock, Exeter-Milligan, Fairbury, Humboldt/Table Rock-Steinauer, Johnson County Central and Palmyra.

Lincoln Christian, Lincoln Lutheran and Heartland qualified for the Class C state meet.

Abigail Neal and Emily Stickell were the Bulldogs’ seniors. Lucy Hayes, Erin Hulsebus and Rachel Jones return in 2021.
