Bobcat L.J. Westbrook Named NAIA Men’s Basketball DI Player of Week

L.J. Westbrook of Peru State College has been named the NAIA Men’s Basketball National Player of the Week, the national office announced Jan. 23. Westbrook was chosen for his performances from January 15 – 21 and selected out of a pool conference award winners.
He had a season-high 27 points to go along with 10 rebounds and eight assists in 87-82 victory over Culver-Stockton (Mo.) on Jan. 17.
