Auburn Girls Second, Boys Third in ECNC Meet

The Auburn Bulldog girls were runners-up while the Bulldog boys took third in the East Central Nebraska Conference track and field meet. The nine-school competition was Saturday, May 1 at Freeman High School at Adams.

Coach Oliver’s Comments

Coach Mark Oliver said the Bulldogs left the stadium at Freeman High a little disappointed on Saturday. “Finishing third was not where we thought we would end up, but injuries and great performances from our competition made the difference.
