KEALYE M. POURNAZARI

Kealye Mechelle (Lewis) Pournazari, 53, of Maryville, Missouri, passed away October 10, 2016, at the Nodaway Nursing Home in Maryville. She died with members of her family present. Kealye was born December 12, 1962, in St. Joseph, Mo. Her parents were Garland Ronald Lewis and Barbara Jean (Ballenger) Lewis. They both have preceded her in death. She graduated from Johnson-Brock High School in Nebraska with the class of 1981. Kealye then went on to Southeast Community College and later graduated from the College of Saint Mary. She earned a B.S. in mental health. Ms Pournazari was a chef for the Aramark company. She worked in Maryville, Mo., and Overland Park, Kansas. She was employed with Aramark for 14 years. She is survived by her son, Marc (Skye) Pournazari, of St. Joseph, Mo.; Her siblings, Ralonda (Dean) Byre, of Lincoln, Neb., Timothy (Leigh Ann) Lewis, of Maryville, Mo., and Lance W. Lewis, also of Maryville; Three nieces, Paige, Alex, and Morgan Lewis, and one nephew, Dillon Byre. A celebration of life service for Kealye Pournazari will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016, at the First United Methodist Church in Maryville, Mo. The service time will be 1:00 PM with Pastor Scott Moon officiating. Visitation will follow. Ms. Pournazari has been cremated under the direction of the Bram-Danfelt Funeral Home.
