Fans of Patriotic Music Encouraged to Attend Upcoming 43rd Army Band Concerts in Area; Will Visit Nemaha County on June 21 and 23

The Nebraska Army National Guard 43rd Army Band will perform throughout this region later in June.

The first of nine daily shows will be 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18 at the Johnson County Courthouse in Tecumseh. The second is in Nebraska City on Thursday, June 19 beginning at 6 p.m.

The 43rd Army Band visits Nemaha County on Friday, June 21 in downtown Brownville and Sunday, June 23 at Legion Memorial Park in Auburn, with both concerts beginning at 7 p.m.

The 43rd Army Band’s concert will include patriotic selections, marches and popular music performed by the 37 member Concert Band. The concert is free and open to the public – no admission ticket is required. Simply bring your lawn chairs and/ or blankets and enjoy an evening of live music.
