Organizations and Businesses Welcome BRAN Cyclists June 4

Auburn residents greeted 350 cyclists and support staff Sunday, June 4 and early Monday, June 5. The city was the second-day stop on the 37th annual Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN). Those staying in the city represented 27 states and Canada.
Wes Galusha, president-director, reported the first rider arrived at Auburn High School around 9:30 a.m. There were still some pedaling into the city during the noon hour. Galusha was ringing a cowbell while directing the cyclists along Highway 136 into the school grounds.
