ABOVE developing retail site at 1918 J Street in Auburn is expected to be a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree combo store like the one BELOW in Chesapeake, Virginia. Notice the identical store fronts as well as the trim on top of the building that is red on the left side and green on the right. According to a press release, Dollar Tree, Inc. acquired Family Dollar in July of 2015.
