October Averaged Above Normal in Temperatures and Below Normal Regarding Precip

October averaged 4.1 degrees above normal and was the eighth month of above normal temperatures for 2016. The maximum was a daily record 91 degrees on the 17th and the minimum was 27 degrees on the 13th. Only one year in ten experiences a 90 degree reading while there are normally five freezing daily readings. This past month there were four freezing reports.
