Nemaha County Early Voting Sits Far Ahead Of Previous Years

Many Nemaha County electors have been casting ballots ahead of the Tuesday, May 12 primary election.

More than 1,500 early voting ballots have been mailed out as of Wednesday morning, April 22. Of those, more than half have been returned, reports Diane Johnson, county clerk.

“It’s been a good turnout. We’ve had a lot of applications,” she notes.
