Nemaha County Commissioners Accept Change Orders to Contract on Addition to Law Enforcement Building in Auburn

Sheriff Brent Lottman was authorized Tuesday, Jan. 22 by the Nemaha County Commissioners to sign two change orders.

Both are on the law enforcement building addition contract. The sheriff did not have any totals available.

The first involves architectural service paid before finalizing the contract. The other entails value engineering pricing items.
