Climatological Spring Colder And Wetter Than Average

The climatological spring (March-May) averaged 2.5 degrees below normal. The maximum was 94 degrees on May 16th, the only 90 degree afternoon. However, the minimum was -3 on March 4th, one of three subzero mornings.
