August 6-7 Activities Include Music and Adult Rec Games

A couple of days of festivities gets underway early Friday night, Aug. 6 at Legion Memorial Park.
At 5 p.m., Crome’s Smoke BBQ & Catering food truck starts serving and a beer garden with Southside Saloon as host opens. A 6 p.m. cornhole tournament begins the seventh community olympics. Entertainment from the Omaha metropolitan area follows at 7 p.m. Joshua Cole will be followed by Pony Creek in the Summer Sounds Concert Series.
The community olympics continue Saturday, Aug. 7.
