Auburn Plays Ponca in District Softball Tourney Oct. 9th or 10th

The fourth seed Auburn Bulldogs will play the 13th seed Ponca Indians in Class C softball districts.
The best 2-out-of-3 series is being contested Friday or Saturday, Oct. 9 or 10. The first pitch time was not listed as of mid-morning Tuesday, Oct. 6.
Auburn is 21-4. Ponca is 10-8. The district winner advances to the Class C state tournament. State is Wednesday through Friday, Oct. 14 through 16 at the Bill Smith Softball Complex in Hastings.
