Auburn BPW Pursuing State Revolving Funds

The Auburn Board of Public Works (BPW) is directing Dave Hunter, general manager, to seek state revolving funds (SRF) towards a sewer lining project.
Hunter informed the board Wednesday, April 21, funding is available at zero percent interest for the work and with as much sewer lining that is needed, the intent will be to utilize it towards a single large project.
SRFs are administered by the state to provide low-interest loans for investments in water and sanitation infrastructure.
