Kuhlmann to Lead Auburn Board of Public Works

Kevin Kuhlmann has spent 32 years with the Auburn Board of Public Works. On Jan. 1, he will take over as general manager.

Kuhlmann will succeed general manager Ray Luhring, who retires at the end of the year for the second time after a brief return last year. The two are sharing the role now while Luhring trains him.

“It’s a change, but it’s a welcome change,” Kuhlmann said.
