We basically had a family reunion again at Husker Harvest Days this year. Both girls and their kids, plus one son-in-law attended. Only two were missing from our number. The girls do not work in agriculture and they live in cities, only the son-in-law works in an ag-related business, and yet they still enjoy going to Husker Harvest Days. I think it’s great. My girls still feel connected to the farm and my grandkids are feeling connected, too.
