Only Auburn Public Schools (APS) Board of Education members and administrators attended the budget and tax request hearing Monday night, Sept. 14 at the Central Office.
Following hearings, the 2026-2027 budget and tax request resolution were unanimously adopted.
There was no public input at the hearings. Thebudgetof$17,235,287isa6percentincrease over the 2025-2026 budget of $16,196,794.52. Property tax request of $9,348,136.69 is an increase over the $8,987,266.28 request the previous year.
