”Our plan is to stay open,” said Elise Prado, one of the owners of El Mariachi Mexican Grill in Tecumseh, along with her husband, Carlos. The restaurant closed two months ago for extensive remodeling. “We see the future of El Mariachi Mexican Grill centered on international dining where family and friends come together to enjoy a good meal and drinks.
“We plan on making the restaurant look more modern so our community can have a nice place in town to dine in.”
According to Elise, the former cook will be returning to Tecumseh to work at El Mariachi. The Prados plan to hire someone to operate the restaurant for them.
