The Auburn County Club hosted the annual Ken Teten Youth Golf Clinic July 28-30. Excessive heat delayed it’s Monday start to Tuesday. Jan Teten said 44 area youth golfer signed for the skill building sessions. At the left, 8-year old Claire Bingham sent her putt off with a solid shot. At the right Boston Hendricks, age 5 1/2, sinks a putt on the first shot. At the bottom in red, Brayden Walters, a 6th-grader-to-be, practices his drive. The clinic was a precursor to the Ken Teten Memorial Junior Golf Tournament held August 1 for ages 5 to 8th grade.
