AUBURN OPTIMISTS are celebrating 40 years of service in Auburn. Members of the club were on hand Friday, July 31, at the Summer Sounds Concert at Legion Memorial Park, handing out cupcakes and information about their organization. Club president Amanda Drier said the group is proud to support several projects, including the annual youth fishing tournament, a fireworks stand and Spookfest, along with scholarships for area graduates.
