Tecumseh 14U Baseball Team is Runner-Up at Syracuse Tournament

“The love of the game will get you through...” The Tecumseh 14-Under Boys Baseball Squad claimed the Runner-up title in the finals of the 14-Under Tournament played at Syracuse on Monday night, July 6, due to a rain postponement from Friday night, July 3. Tecumseh's 14-Under Baseball Squad went into Tournament action ranked as #1 with an 11-3 record. This team overcame several hurdles this season starting with the fact that the Number 1 pitcher went out with a broken hand. They also had to play four games in the rain. The Tecumseh boys went 1-1 against Elmwood Black during regular season. The T-town boys faced Elmwood-Black in the finals of the tournament and had to play them in a doubleheader as both teams had one loss in the tournament.The Tecumseh boys lost the final game 6-14 to be named Tournament Runner Up.
