Spring Creek Agency LLC, together with IMT Insurance Company, recently announced that the Sterling Community Association was chosen as one of the 2026 winners in IMT’s Community Contest. With many community entries submitted and $30,000 awarded to worthy causes, Sterling Community Association’s Community Building’s submission was chosen as one of the $1,000 winners.
