Auburn Grads Turn the Tassel

Sixty-four graduates crossed the stage during commencement exercises on Sunday, May 10, 2026, Mother’s Day at the Auburn High School Gymnasium.

The Auburn Concert Band welcomed graduates with “Pomp and Circumstance” as they took their seats. Principal Scott Siegel opened the ceremony by thanking families, staff members and especially the mothers,stepmothers, grandmothers and mother figures who supported students throughout their school years.

Student Council representative Jaidyn Glathar welcomed the Class of 2026 with a quote from Rory Gilmore in the television show Gilmore Girls: “We never thought this day would come.”
