K2 CONSTRUCTION HAS been working at the corners of the intersection of 3rd and Clay Streets to tie in the new water mains to the water system. When all the tie ins have been completed, they will pressure test the lines to look for leaks. When everything is right, they will fill in the holes again, which are all about 8 feet deep.
