Coach Roberts’ Comments Key Returners: Senior- Rylie Beethe- state qualifier and medalist Senior- Charlotte Metschkestate qualifier and medalist Junior- Calvin Benham- state qualifier Sophomore- Deacon Bernadt- state qualifier With a roster of more than 60 athletes and multiple experienced competitors returning, we have the potential to build on last season’s success. If we can stay healthy and continue to develop throughout the spring, both teams could be strong contenders at conference meets, invitationals, and push for multiple state qualifiers once again.

“One of our goals every year is to continue improving from the first meet of the season to the last,” “If our athletes continue to work hard and stay healthy, we believe we can compete well in our conference and hopefully qualify several athletes for the state meet.”

The focus early in the season will be on building conditioning, refining technique, and finding the best event combinations for athletes.
