We have a handful of returners this year, only losing a small number of seniors last year, however, are excited to have our numbers trending upward with lots of new underclassmen, and a few familiar faces and move-ins!
Our returners who qualified for state last year include Liston Crotty, Addison Darnell, and Addison Henry. We are looking forward to working toward completing this trio to get our 4x4 back to Burke this season, as well as looking at getting these ladies to qualify in a few individual events.
Along with 3/4 of our 4x4 relay returning, we have our state champion, Addison Darnell, who will be returning to dominate in her two hurdle races one more season before heading to USD in the fall to continue her track journey. Very much looking forward to her senior season knowing that the sky’s the limit!
