Auburn senior Camden Taylor has committed to play football at Chadron State College this fall. After spending his senior season recovering from injury, Taylor is eager to return to the field.
“Chadron is a great school with a successful football program, and they also have an excellent rangeland management program, so I’m excited for the opportunity to play there,” Taylor said.
Taylor lettered all four years in high school football and earned several honors, including Academic All-State, First Team All-District, and Honorable Mention All-State in 2024.
The Chadron State Eagles football finished second in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference in 2025 with an overall 8–4 record. The Eagles qualified for the NCAA Division II Football Championship before falling to Pittsburg State Gorillas football.
Taylor has earned the Presidential Honors Scholarship and is also a candidate for the Nebraska State College System Board of Trustees Scholarship, which will be announced later this spring.
