Jessica Gerdes Administrator of Good Samaritan Home Health has been recognized as Home Based Services Regional Ever Forward Administrator Champion through the organization’s Ever Forward Award. Ever Forward is a framework for helping all employees understand how to approach their work and their interactions with others at work. The phrase was used by Good Samaritan’s founder, Rev. August Hoeger, to capture his faith in God and his optimism and motivation for what lay ahead.
Gerdes received the recognition after being nominated by colleagues Abby Stukenholtz and Pamette Grable, who cited her leadership and willingness to help others during the rollout of a new electronic medical records system across Good Samaritan’s national network of home health agencies.
Good Samaritan Home Health operates about 40 home health agencies across the country. Gerdes said she was honored to learn she had been selected from administrators across multiple regions.
