ON WEDNESDAY February 11th, middle school students from Johnson County Central competed in the West Regional Middle School SkillsUSA Leadership Conference. The Quiz Bowl Team of Journi Brooks, Tim Johns-Hinrichsen, Jay Chaudhari, and Jamison Bacon placed first and each received gold medals, and Kolby Kunzman placed 3rd in Bridge Building receiving a bronze medal. Students Kolby Kunzman, Natalya Kirkendall, and Hudson Harrifeld also competed in the Team Engineering Challenge at the competition.
