Johnson-Brock split their final two games of the regular season before they compete in the Class C2-3 subdistrict tournament on Monday, February 16. The Lady Eagles earned the #2 seed in the subdistrict tournament and faced #3 Bergan Catholic in the first round.
Before the subdistrict tournament began, the Lady Eagles had a rematch with Freeman on Thursday, a few weeks after falling to the Falcons by a single point in the semifinal of the MUDECAS tournament.
Johnson-Brock came out strong against Freeman on Thursday, leading the Falcons by a score of 13-9 in the first quarter. Freeman would come out on top in the second quarter, but the Lady Eagles still held on to a single-point lead.
