Kaci Jones and Natasha Barbier — who goes by Tee — have been self-described foodies for as long as they can remember. Now, the couple is bringing that passion to Auburn with their newest venture, Home Country Cafe at 901 Central Ave.
“We just really love food and want people to be able to come to a place where they can enjoy, feel safe and really savor a meal,” Tee said.
The Central Avenue location has long been part of Auburn’s restaurant scene, and Jones and Barbier hope to honor that history while adding their own flair — what they describe as a bit of “Brooklyn brunch” mixed with hometown favorites.
