Bulldog Speech Opens 2026 Season Fifth at Raymond Central

Saturday, Jan. 17, The Auburn High School Bulldog speech team competed at the Central Players Snowpaclypse Speech Meet at Raymond Central High School. The team competed against 30 other schools, a majority of whom were Class A schools, and finished fifth. 
Those who competed in Next In Finals and Champs Finals are as follows:
Duet Acting: Honors Finals, Elijah Powell and Ian Mather, first and Lily Harrah and Jack Hayes, fourth. Champs Finals, Solomon Jacobitz and Nora Jacobitz, fourth.
Program of Oral Interpretation: Honors Finals, Kyle Jones, second.
Oral Interpretation of Drama: Honors Finals, Gillian Hanna, Beau Thomas, Alexa Jansen, Kinsley Gerdes and Ella Ackley, fourth.
Persuasive: Honors Finals, Hunter Stevenson, fifth.
Entertainment: Honors Finals, Ian Mather, fifth.
