Senior Ashley Beethe of the Johnson County Central (JCC) Thunderbirds volleyball team was lauded on her 2025 accomplishments by the sports staffs of Nebraska’s two largest daily newspapers.
The 6’3” hitter was selected to the Class C-2 first team by the staff of the Omaha World-Herald and the C-2 second team by the staff of the Lincoln Journal Star.
Other area student-athletes merited honorable mention by the Omaha World-Herald.
