For the past couple months, travelers on Highway 136 have been watching as the framework for the new Turnbull Ag Tire business is constructed. Mitchell and Kenzie Turnbull of Pawnee City, are the owners of Turnbull Ag Tires and they are hoping the Tecumseh facility will be completed and in operation by April 1, 2026.
Turnbull Ag Tires has been in business since 2019 with their first location in Pawnee City. In the spring of 2025, the business expanded to the Burr community in a building owned by Farmers Cooperative.
“When we first started, all we had was a service truck, a bottle jack and tires in our back yard. It just grew from there,” said Kenzie. Tecumseh will serve as a centralized location.
