JCC Football Closes Out Season at 6-2

The Johnson County Central Thunderbirds finished the 2025 football season with an excellent record of 6-2 and a third place finish in their district. “Finishing with six wins makes it the third year in a row a JCC football team finished with six wins,” said Ryan Haughton, head football coach.

JCC’s football won three of their home games to move a three-year home record to 11 of 12 victories. The senior class had a wonderful four-year career with 21 total victories. “More than any other senior class in JCC history,” Coach Haughton said.

Both teams JCC lost to advanced to the first round of State Playoffs.
