The Johnson County Central Lady Thunderbirds will play their opening game of the Class C2-1 state volleyball tournament on Thursday, November 6 at 5 p.m. against the Yutan Lady Chieftains. The Yutan girls are ranked 6th with a 21-7 record.
Other teams in the Class 2-1 bracket include Freeman, Guardian Angels, Norfolk Catholic, Thayer Central, Oakland- Craig and Laurel-Concord- Coleridge.
