Monday night, Oct. 20, members of Nemaha County Leadership Class 10 dedicated two handmade picnic tables in Brock and one in Julian. The class’ project was placing 18 tables in each city and village in the county as well as at Coryell Park.
Steve Epler, class member, noted the class believed in creating spaces where you can gather, connect and enjoy everything Nemaha County has to offer in all of its cities and villages.
He continued the tables are a symbol of community, collaboration and caring. Class members were grateful to generous community sponsors, Epler concluded.
