In their final regular season volleyball games before the subdistrict tournament begins, the Auburn Bulldogs secured a win over Plattsmouth after besting the Blue Devils in all three sets on the road on Tuesday, October 21.
Sophomore Emery Taylor led Auburn with 22 of the team’s 39 total kills in the match. She also tallied 12 digs in the game, while classmate Graycen Jones led Auburn with 13 digs. Senior Emma Hyde recorded 35 assists as the setter for the Bulldogs.
Auburn held Plattsmouth below 20 points in all three sets, including a 25-15 win in set one and a 25-13 win in set two. The Bulldogs finished off the Blue Devils with a 25-19 set three win to win their only match of the week.
