JCC Girls Golfers Compete at Auburn
THE JOHNSON County Central Girls Golf team placed fourth at the Auburn Invitational; from the left - Catherine Wendt, Marisol Mandl, Amelia Britt, Harley Reyes with her medal, and Briana Robeson.

The Johnson County Central Girls Golf Team competed in the Auburn Invitational on September 29. Harley Reyes medalled in eighth place with rounds of 52 and 50.

Other individual scorers: Catherine Wendt finished with rounds of 57 and 51. Amelia Britt finished with rounds of 53 and 57. Marisol Mandl shot rounds of 56 and 56. Briana Robeson finished the day with a 54 and 58.

As a team, Johnson County Central finished the day in fourth place with a combined score of 432. East Atchison won the tournament with a 397. Auburn was runner-up with a 413. Rock Port placed third with a 415. Sandy Creek placed fifth at 475. Syracuse finished in sixth place at 476. No scores were available for the Mound City and HTRS teams.
