Lempka Shows Goats for Final Time at Johnson County Fair

Adisyn Lempka of Sterling showed her animals for the last time at the 2025 Johnson County Fair. Showing animals was her favorite part of 4-H.

“Being a part of 4-H has taught me so much about believing in myself and believing in the work I put in. Before I go into a ring, I tend to get nervous and tense up. I’ve had to learn how to stay calm and relaxed, and trust in the training I have done with my animals,” Lempka said.

Lempka has been showing boer goats at the county fair for 8 years. “I’ve always loved goats because of their playful personalities.
