The Auburn High School Alumni Association held its annual banquet on August 2nd. There was around 70 former Alumni from the years 1955-2025 who attended. The Association awarded two $500.00 scholarships this year to 2025 graduates Sophia Crotty and Cameron Leslie. Two $500.00 scholarships were also awarded from the Todd Russ memorial scholarship to Preston Crawford and Brady Jeanneret.
The Class of 1975 was honored as the 50-year class. Mrs. Phyllis Russ, a former teacher, also attended. Her husband Mr. Ted Russ, a former teacher and coach, had passed away in February and Mrs. Russ donated all of the memorial money to their son’s Todd Russ Memorial Scholarship fund, which was $4000, to use for future scholarships.
