The Tecumseh Legion Seniors baseball team made it two straight Area Tournament Titles after defeating Elmwood-Murdock in back-toback games to claim the Area C3 Tournament Championship.
With their area tournament title, Tecumseh earned a spot in the Class C State Tournament in Sutton starting on August 2. The Post 2 Seniors opened the tournament with a 3-2 win over Hartington before dropping their second game to St. Paul.
As of the end of the weekend, Tecumseh is playing in the losers’ bracket for an opportunity to win their way to the finals with a pair of wins.
