Tecumseh Blows Past First Two Area Opponents, Positioning Themselves for Spot in Tournament Final

As of the end of the weekend, only two teams remained unbeaten in the Legion Seniors Class C Area 3 Tournament: #6 Elmwood-Murdock and #2 Tecumseh.

Tecumseh hosted the area tournament and defeated #5 Palmyra and #3 Lincoln Lutheran to advance to the third round of the tournament, while Elmwood- Murdock upset top-seeded Friend and #4 Adams to earn a battle with Tecumseh on Monday, July 28. The winner of Monday’s game advanced to the area tournament finals, needing only to beat their final opponent once in two tries.
