Harris Opens Real Estate Office in Tecumseh
A RIBBON-CUTTING ceremony was conducted July 1st at the new Burrows Tracts Real Estate office which recently opened up under the ownership of Mike Harris of Sterling at 195 S. Third Street in Tecumseh. Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce members conducting the ribbon cutting were, from left to right, Chamber Treasurer Karen Lempka, Mike Harris owner of Tecumseh’s Burrows Tracts Real Estate office and a Chamber member, Chamber members Sara Wendt and Mark and Lori Celesky, and Chamber President Patti Holthus.

Mike Harris of Sterling has been working with Burrows Tracts Real Estate from his home for the past three years. About six months ago, he decided to establish an office location where he could meet with the client as well as having a presence in the Tecumseh community. On June 1, Harris opened his own office for Burrows Tracts Real Estate at 195 S. Third Street in Tecumseh.

At this time, Harris will meet with his clients by appointment only. Once school starts this fall, Harris plans to have a permanent schedule of business hours established. He looks forward to providing his customers with services in residential and commercial real estate sales, land sales and auctioneering.

Harris completed certification in real estate and sales three years ago. He completed his auctioneering courses online through the Missouri School of Auctioneering in January of this year. This week, Harris will complete his certification as a personal property appraiser and will be a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.
